How to Make Payment for a Class

PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A PAYMENT IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY REGISTERED AS A STUDENT AT MTI.

This form will register your interest in the listed class(es) with MTI. To complete registration, please send $100 Registration Fee for each class you would like to attend (Check or Credit Card information) or click here to make a payment using your debit/credit card.
