Our instructors and staff are concerned with the growth and development of each and every individual student and our graduates often say that in coming to this school they have found an extended family. Our students represent diversity in age, nationality, and career backgrounds. The majority of students are from northern California, although as we are introducing more specialist certification programs (like Oncology and Medical) more and more students are coming from other states. They range in age from 18 to 70. They may be changing careers or this may be a first career. More and more these days, younger students, are making massage their first career choice. Our students tell us that whether they are searching for their first career or they are planning a major career change, their reasons are often similar: they feel that massage is a profession where they can touch other people’s lives in a meaningful way.

Our classes are held at our 1,800 square foot facility in Davis, 10 miles West of Sacramento (close to Highway 80) and a little more than an hour from the San Francisco Bay Area. Sacramento International airport and Amtrak are easily accessable. Our typical class size is 6 to 16. In our larger classes you will have a teacher assistant as well as the teacher to ensure that you learn the material well.
